How movable is the i-house after the initial installation? Let's say I purchase, place, and live in for 3 years then want to move it to another site?

This is a great question, one we receive often. The i-house is a modular home. This means that it is a home built to local regulations and on a permanent foundation. Therefore this home is not designed to be removed once it has been afixed to a given property, nor is it recommended to try to remove it from a developed site.
