First iHouse 2.0 in Ohio?

Interested in having the first iHouse 2.0 is central Ohio? We are! We are looking to build/buy in Mount Vernon, OH but have yet to come across any good purchasing opportunities. I was very excited to see that there is going to be an expanded 3 bedroom version, hopefully still with the Flex options. Do you have a time frame for the release of the iHouse 2.0. We would like to move into a new place by May 2012 or July 2012 at the latest. We have the flexibility of doing so anytime between now and then. What is your projected date? Do you need an adventurous first iHouse 2.0 buyer interested in partnering to provide a launch model?
