Butterfly Roof - snow load

We had greater than normal snowfall in the North East last winter and many structures with "flat" roofs had severe structural damage if not complete roof collapse.  I realize that the butterfly roof is not flat, however, I am concerned that the reverse pitch might contribute to greater than normal weight on the structure in a snowy climates.  Is this something that needs to be considered when reviewing our options with the i-house 2?

Hi there! We are aware of this issue and the i-house has a maximum snow load amount it can hold. Thank you!
