iHouse 2.o price projection?

I thought the ihouse I was aesthetically pleasing enough, but to see that you are working on a newer, even greater prefab home, i can't help but wonder; Will the price still be in reach? It look amazing, & i am excited to see the finished product officially available, but i would be heartbroken to see a huge jump in price. As of now, my "dream ihouse", is a 4BD iHouse w/ flex II for around 170,000$. Can anyone enlighten me on the projected cost for an equivalent 4BD iHouse II? Thank you, Michael.
